Anne of New Jersey






















Her name is Anne Jacqueline Hathaway and we are the same height and also like me, she is the daughter of a stage actress. People tend to call her Annie. The first time I heard someone talk about Anne Hathaway, I just assumed they were talking about William Shakespeare's wife. As you can tell, I was very confused indeed. Yes, she shares the same name as Mrs Shakespeare, but this Anne isn't british, she a Yankie born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in New Jersey.

Anne is an award-winning soprano and an award-winning actress. Like all good bombshells, she loves animals and has a very happy 6 year old chocolate labrador named Esmerelda. Another Bombshell bonus about Annie is she spent a week in July 2006 in Nicaragua helping vaccinate kids there against Hepatitis A and it was an experience she regards as "..an eye opener". We should ALL go and spend a week in Nicaragua (we should also all learn now to spell Nicaragua).

The following is a list of her favourite actresses: (fellow-Melbournian) Cate Blanchett, Audrey Hepburn, Judy Garland, Bryce Dallas-Howard, Ryan Gosling, Michelle Pfeiffer, Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet, Meryl Streep and Sigourney Weaver.

She hasn't had breast impants, her bust is only a 36B. I love that she hasn't been sucked into the conformity of post-millenium uber-plastic-implanted-cyber-babe phenomenon and says, "I look my best after an entire hair and makeup team has spent hours perfecting me. When do I feel my best? When I haven't looked in a mirror for days, and I'm doing things that make me happy."
Saying things like that will endear her to women around the world. It makes me wonder if someone told her to play down the stardom factor of if she is, in fact, a normal girl.

Another quote I found charming is, "Kindness is really important to me in finding my own prince - so are patience and a sense of humor. Without those qualities he's no Prince Charming!"

Last week, I audtitioned for a part in a theatre company and got in. Bombshells like the limelight, even us shy kittens. When we shine brightly we can be blinding, but when we flickers to a dim glow, well... you'd probably prefer not to know about it. We are used to people paying attention to us. It's our part in life to be admired. It is a reason very few people see us "sans make-up"! No More For Vanessa And Johnnie

After 14 years as a couple, raising their two children 12 year old Lily-Rose and 9 year old Jack, actor Johnny Depp and his french girlfriend Vanessa Paradis have decided to go their separate ways. I thought it was so romantic for him to buy a private island for them to share together.  These things remind us that nothing lasts forever. Separation.  Was it clash of ego? Was it addiction difficulties?  Confusion of priorities?  What a crying shame and such a common thing to happen, especially for celebrities.

Ms Blunt

Emily Olivia Leah Blunt. She's a fantastic and versatile actress. She's from England and she's currently filming a movie with Matt Damon (if I had a brother, I imagine him like Matt). She started in the theatre (like me, except I'm still there) but her breakout role was in the film My Summer Or Love, though most people remember her for her role of the bitchy Emily in The Devil Wears Prada with Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway (does Anne know she shares the same name as Shakespeares' wife?). She met her ex-boyfriened, crooner Michael Buble whilst in Melbourne and they bought a property together. Unfortunately, they are no longer an item. I just adore her lately. And this image is superb.
