* tiny tin of breath mints
* mirrored compact (with magnifying and non-magnifying sides)
* tube of lipstick
* lipgloss (or Elizabeth Arden's 8 Hour Cream)
* little notebook or Filofax (bombshells prefer to hand write ALL details)
* cellphone
* pen (possible a little Tiffany & co. pen)
* keys
* napkin from the Plaza hotel
* little packet of aspirin
* perfume solid or mini-atomiser
* ticket stubs from the valet or cloakroom
* rolo's (chocolate for energy!)
* never-used tiny sewing kit - taken from hotel
* leather wallet by some exclusive european designer
* sunglasses
* nail file
* sample sachet or small tube of hand cream

Last week, I audtitioned for a part in a theatre company and got in. Bombshells like the limelight, even us shy kittens. When we shine brightly we can be blinding, but when we flickers to a dim glow, well... you'd probably prefer not to know about it. We are used to people paying attention to us. It's our part in life to be admired. It is a reason very few people see us "sans make-up"! It's a famous bombshell tradition to always receive a bouquet of flowers after the first and last show in a season. I look forward to it so much! Louis Vuitton Barbie

This is gorgeous. Just gorgeous with a '70's style thing going on here. And I have to admit I am rather ever so slightly envious of her abundance of accessories. Lucky plasticated bombshell... A Barbie for grown up girls? I think so. Though I have a feeling my little girl would confiscate it from me. I, kittens, am confined to the boudoir today as I suffer from consumption. Ok, not quite consumption. A case of hypochondria perhaps. And a post-nasal drip. Though I might just roll out of bed for one of these beauties. I don't know what one of these gems would cost. Anyone? Are they still available? Who knows..  But for now, I shall just roll over and get back to Club Duvet.

No More For Vanessa And Johnnie

After 14 years as a couple, raising their two children 12 year old Lily-Rose and 9 year old Jack, actor Johnny Depp and his french girlfriend Vanessa Paradis have decided to go their separate ways. I thought it was so romantic for him to buy a private island for them to share together.  These things remind us that nothing lasts forever. Separation.  Was it clash of ego? Was it addiction difficulties?  Confusion of priorities?  What a crying shame and such a common thing to happen, especially for celebrities.
