Decent People


Dionne Warwick sang Burt Bacharach's song "What the world needs now is love, sweet love" and I sing this song "What the world needs now is etiquitte, decent etiquitte". I think there'd be a lot of shocked mothers if they knew how their daughters are behaving when they aren't around. And I've seen a lot of mothers I'd be ashamed to know as well!
Where has decency gone? 'Please' and 'thank you' never goes out of style. Pushing in front of people doesn't bring good karma. And smiling is sexy. When a pregnant woman steps onto your bus, offer her a seat and don't just sit there ignoring her like everyone else.
If people used a little "class" the world would be a much sweeter place to reside within.

Last week, I audtitioned for a part in a theatre company and got in. Bombshells like the limelight, even us shy kittens. When we shine brightly we can be blinding, but when we flickers to a dim glow, well... you'd probably prefer not to know about it. We are used to people paying attention to us. It's our part in life to be admired. It is a reason very few people see us "sans make-up"! It's a famous bombshell tradition to always receive a bouquet of flowers after the first and last show in a season. I look forward to it so much! Bombshells, if nobody is giving/sending you bouquets, send them to yourself. You deserve it. Courtsey, take the compliments and sign your autograph with finesse!

Louis Vuitton Barbie

This is gorgeous. Just gorgeous with a '70's style thing going on here. And I have to admit I am rather ever so slightly envious of her abundance of accessories. Lucky plasticated bombshell... A Barbie for grown up girls? I think so. Though I have a feeling my little girl would confiscate it from me. I, kittens, am confined to the boudoir today as I suffer from consumption. Ok, not quite consumption. A case of hypochondria perhaps. And a post-nasal drip. Though I might just roll out of bed for one of these beauties. I don't know what one of these gems would cost. Anyone? Are they still available? Who knows..  But for now, I shall just roll over and get back to Club Duvet.

No More For Vanessa And Johnnie

After 14 years as a couple, raising their two children 12 year old Lily-Rose and 9 year old Jack, actor Johnny Depp and his french girlfriend Vanessa Paradis have decided to go their separate ways. I thought it was so romantic for him to buy a private island for them to share together.  These things remind us that nothing lasts forever. Separation.  Was it clash of ego? Was it addiction difficulties?  Confusion of priorities?  What a crying shame and such a common thing to happen, especially for celebrities.
