After 14 years as a couple, raising their two children 12 year old Lily-Rose and 9 year old Jack, actor Johnny Depp and his french girlfriend Vanessa Paradis have decided to go their separate ways. I thought it was so romantic for him to buy a private island for them to share together.  These things remind us that nothing lasts forever. Separation.  Was it clash of ego? Was it addiction difficulties?  Confusion of priorities?  What a crying shame and such a common thing to happen, especially for celebrities.

I love decadence and glamour so there's no suprise that I love the traditional old school way of taking tea, scones and other assorted pastry marvels, pretty cupcakes and fine finger sandwiches often involved in the art of afternoon tea. Women of all ages (and the Bombshell men who naturally admires the finer things in life) are decking themselves out in their finery and enjoying a taste of the prettier things in life. At The Ritz in London, men are turned away from afternoon tea if they are not wearing a suitable tie and jacket.  It offers well made pots of tea, finely cut sandwiches, freshly baked scones with fruit-filled jam and fresh clotted cream and pretty, delicate pastries. Ah yes, it's the bridal barbie who takes the first Woman of the Month title for 2012. Although she's a 2011 model, this lovely Vera Wang Barbie is dressed for her wedding day and ready to meet her Ken down the aisle. We Bombshells enter these unions (once,twice, three times or more) with such hope and trust that there is such a thing as living 'Happily Ever After' with our prince.

Another Bombshell has split with her beau. I had the television on this afternoon and the presenter announced that this month, it's Heidi Klum and Seal whose marriage is apparently over.  I hope it's just a rumour.  I never thought their marriage would break. Too many bombshells get divorced and divorced again, and so on. . .  Who on earth would want to break up with us? We're lovely!

  Today I'm supplying an teensy touch of inspiration for all you glamour-pusses, in silver and ice-blue. Two of the most glamorous colours I can think of right now.  How are you expected to be glamorous if your very own boudoir isn't!  They say one's bedroom says a lot about the person. Get stuck into it and glam up your petite bijoux to reflect the real bombshell you truely are. My particular favourite celebrity looks from this years Golden Globe Awards.  My selection seem to be paying hommage to the Bombshell, and the Bombshells' man at this year. There's no match for glamour on the red carpet.  Glamour with a vintage feel. I was glad to see so many glamorous hairstyles this year. Well done hairdressers!

Let me introduce to you the little darling Bolognese breed of dogs from Bologna in Italy. A member of the adorable Bichon Frise family. What a luxury dog, history heralds this breed of dogs as being companions to people of the royal nobility across europe from the 16th through to 19th century. They aren't great moulters, they don't yap and they don't require very much excercise. Another big plus is they don't have genetic medical faults or defects. They just love good companionship and they are so incredibly cute!!

This year I'm unveiling green. In my opinion, like orange, it's an extremely underrated colour. Let me give you a little touch of visual inspiration to get in there and fetch that green frock from the back of your wardrobe. Dita Von Teese knows green is good and wears it frequently.
